Tracy has been a part of the knowledge philanthropy team at Vantage Point for more than 15 years as a board member and facilitator. Tracy is currently working with the Surrey Food Bank and is the previous Director of Business Objects community investment program, where she led a virtual team focused on a wide range of community initiatives. Tracy was with Business Objects (formerly Crystal Decisions) since 1985, serving as the Director of Sales, Director of International Sales, and more recently as the Director of Human Resources. She holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario and she is a mother to two wonderful boys.
