2023 AGM Notice

You are invited to join us for Vantage Point’s 79th Annual General Meeting being held on May 9th, 2023, at 5:30 pm virtually via Zoom and in-person at our office, 1183 Melville Street, Vancouver. You are invited to join in whichever format (online or in-person) that you feel most comfortable. As a Vantage Point member, you are an integral part of our community. This is a great opportunity to join us as we reflect on the past year and where we are going next.

This year at our AGM we will be holding elections for 3 board positions. Information about those nominees will be shared with Vantage Point members along with an online survey link to vote before end of April 21, 2023.

Everyone is welcome to attend the meeting. To vote at the AGM you are required to be an active member. If your membership expires on or before May 9, 2023, please be sure to renew here if you would like to vote at the meeting.

Please note:

• Voting on the board nominees will take place online before the meeting date.
• Votes at the meeting will be cast through Zoom and in-person and instructions will be available at the meeting.
• Organizational members receive one vote for their organization — we ask that you select one representative from your organization to attend.

Please RVSP below by May 2, 2023, and we will send you details to access the Zoom call and directions to our office location. We ask that you please join the call or arrive to our office 10 minutes early. We look forward to hosting you!
