Rachelle Smalldon

Rachelle loves working with non-profit organizations to make them more efficient, effective, and impactful. She has over 17 years experience supporting, training, and mentoring staff and volunteer leaders. Rachelle completed her undergrad in Communications Publication Design, and her MA in Educational Leadership. Her specialty is working with emerging leaders, with a wealth of experience supporting student and upcoming leaders to lead teams and excel in their roles. Rachelle has a passion for understanding personality and communication styles. She is a Certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Practitioner and Certified Professional Coach.

Rachelle ran her own consulting firm for 5 years, supporting a range of not-for-profit clients including: ME|FM Society of BC, Vancouver Opera, Community Place+, Community of Christ, and Foreshadow Films. Before moving to Vancouver, Rachelle lived and worked in Kansas City, Oklahoma, and Melbourne, Australia.

When she’s outside the office you may find Rachelle working on various home decor projects, at the beach, or Trivia night with friends. Ask Rachelle about any of our events, operations or communications work!
