Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Details:

Half-day Workshop

• Prior to 2 business days before the workshop date – refund minus a $20 administration fee
• Within 2 business days of the workshop (or failing to attend) – no refund

Advanced Lab

• More than 10 business days prior to the 1st session – 10% of advanced lab price
• 5 to 10 days prior to 1st session – 50% of the advanced lab price
• Less than 5 days prior to 1st session – full advanced lab price

If you are a bursary recipient registration may be transferred to another eligible person from your organization. If you are unable to transfer your registration to another person, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Prior to 2 business days before the workshop date – $20 administration fee, no impact on your workshop bursary seats
• Within 2 business days before the workshop date (or failing to attend)– no refund, you will forfeit your workshop bursary seat
