He leads the development of the Higg Brand & Retail Module (Higg BRM)\, helping diverse organizations to identify opportunities for social and environmental improvements through use of the assessment. He has worked in organizational development\, strategy and engagement with a range of brands\, nonprofits and government agencies\, from Mountain Equipment Co-Op\, Lululemon and Patagonia to the City of Vancouver\, World Wildlife Fund and the International Union for Conservation of Nature. Prior to this\, Eric was a journalist in the US and Asia. He has graduate degrees in environmental sciences and policy from Johns Hopkins University and in journalism from Columbia University\, and an undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley in environmental geography and conservation resource studies.

Her work with Labatt\, InBev\, and Diageo have allowed her to do this globally and indulge in her other interest of cross-cultural working.  \nNancy More has focused most of her career on supply and general management in the global brewing industry. During her career\, Nancy worked in progressively more senior management positions across Canada for Labatt Brewing Company before moving into the global business with the parent company Interbrew SA. She was also the first female to be appointed as a Head Brewmaster in North America. \nIn 2001 Nancy relocated to Russia\, working with SunInterbrew developing the technical operations in Eastern Europe before transferring to the position of Director\, Global Brewing Product and Process Development for Inbev. \nHer interest in international business development led her to accept the role of Supply Director\, International Beer Supply for Diageo headquartered in London\, UK. In this new position Nancy was responsible for Guinness supply operations in Africa\, Seychelles\, and Jamaica\, and global licensed Guinness production\, as well as sitting on the Diageo Africa Executive Committee and the Diageo Global Supply Leadership Team. She was a Steering Committee member for the Diageo Water for Life program which provided access to potable water for 1 million African citizens annually. \nNancy’s business experience in developing countries has encouraged a passion in the challenges of creating sustainable change through leadership particularly in cross-cultural circumstances.
