Michelle Lackie

Michelle Lackie is the executive director of Exchange Inner City, a community economic development organization in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. Michelle has more than 25 years’ experience in non-profit management and social change work. She teaches the Strategy and Leadership Course in SFU’s Continuing Studies department. She holds an MBA in non-profit management from the Heller School of Social Policy at Brandeis University and a BEd from McGill University. She lives, works and plays in the unceded territory of the Musqueam, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh* and Tsleil-Waututh nations with her husband and son.
