Marie-France Lapierre

Marie-France has been a public servant for over 33 years and has worked mostly as a psychologist. She trained to become a coach in 2021 and has been providing psychological and coaching services since. Throughout her years at work, Marie-France has provided numerous training sessions on various topics.

She has been involved in non-profit organizations since 1999. From 1999 to 2009, it was mostly in union related roles. From 2009 to present, it has been in various francophone organizations (Francophone federation, arts and culture, health, immigration) at the provincial and national level.

Marie-France was a school trustee for 7 years, 3 years as a VP and 3 years as the president, with a budget of over 100M, over 40 schools throughout the province and over 1000 employees. She has testified on a number of occasions in front of the standing committees at the Senate and House of Commons.
