Giving and Receiving Feedback

Feedback can be both hard to receive and crucial in professional development.
The ability to give and receive feedback effectively is a critical professional skill – and one developed through practice over time. In this half-day workshop you will learn strategies to overcome the tension between our requirement for feedback and our desire to be accepted the way we are right now. Learn practical tools for sharing feedback with your peers, managers, and direct reports.
Developing your skills at giving and receiving feedback helps you:

Isabeau Iqbal brings her extensive background as an adult educator and facilitator to the program. She has worked on numerous organizational initiatives that focus on giving and receiving feedback to promote professional growth.
As a coach for individuals and teams, she supports people keen to apply their strengths to achieve greater joy fulfillment at work.
Isabeau cares deeply about human relationships and describes herself as an avid learner and curious individual.
Isabeau holds a PhD in Education (focus on teaching and learning in higher education), is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ACC) and is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
Outside of work, you can often find Isabeau hiking (not epic-types), cycling (she’s slow), reading a book (wishes she could speed read) or spending time with her family (the loves of her life).
