A guided self-assessment and development planning session
Join Vantage Point’s Youth Network team in this two hour session where we’ll learn about essential skills for managers, and provide you with an opportunity to assess your current skill level and create a professional development plan to grow these skills.
Vantage Point’s Youth Network is a series of opportunities for people in the not-for-profit sector, ages 18 – 35, to network and learn from not-for-profit leadership experts.
There are passionate young people who want to develop a career in not-for-profits. There are both incredible opportunities and fulfilling careers within the not-for-profit sector, but the path is not always straightforward. This network is led by a youth staff team at Vantage Point. Together, we can support each other and build the skills and knowledge to have thriving and meaningful careers.
