Vantage Point offers a variety of flexible rooms that will meet your needs. Our spaces are designed to be comfortable, functional, and equipped with the latest technology to ensure your event is a success.
Training Room
- Capacity: Up to 20 people
- Size: Approx. 17’ x 30’
- Features: Built-in LCD projector, Meeting OWL for hybrid setups (additional fee)
- Rates:
- Half day (9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm): $200 (Member), $250 (Non-profit), $350 (For Profit)
- Full day (9am-4pm): $300 (Member), $400 (Non-profit), $600 (For Profit)
Meeting Room
- Capacity: Up to 10 people
- Size: Approx. 14’ x 12’
- Rates:
- Half day (9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm): $100 (Member), $150 (Non-profit), $250 (For Profit)
- Full day (9am-4pm): $150 (Member), $250 (Non-profit), $450 (For Profit)
Library
- Capacity: Up to 10 people
- Size: Approx. 12’ x 28’
- Rates:
- Half day (9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm): $100 (Member), $150 (Non-profit), $250 (For Profit)
- Full day (9am-4pm): $150 (Member), $250 (Non-profit), $450 (For Profit)
Additional Services and Fees
- Hybrid Technology Setup: $50
- Staff On-Call Services: $50 for half-day, $100 for full-day rentals outside operating hours
- On-Site Staff: $20/hr if required
- Set-Up and Clean-Up Fee: $50 per day (if applicable)
- Workstation Rental: $50/day (subject to availability)
