She works at the intersection of corporate systems and Indigenous ways of knowing, guiding organizations through the hard work of witnessing workplace harm and reimagining what's possible beyond colonial frameworks and industrial-era workplace experiences.

Carrie is equal parts coach, systems agitator, and bridge-builder. She supports corporate clients and Indigenous organizations alike; not to tweak policies, but to transform cultures. To date, she has walked alongside hundreds of professionals, helping them move from surviving to thriving in environments that actually honour their humanity.
