Kylee Swift

Kylee Swift is a member of the Manitoba Métis Federation, with family roots in the Red River Valley. She grew up in the Pacific Northwest on Coast Salish territories and currently resides on the unceded and ancestral lands of the Semiahmoo, W̱SÁNEĆ, Katzie and Kwantlen peoples.

Kylee is a partner and the Lead for Operations & Sustainability at Reciprocal Consulting Inc, an Indigenous-owned and run research, evaluation and consultation firm with a vision to positively contribute to the wellbeing, self-determination and Nation-building of Indigenous communities.

Kylee began work with Reciprocal Consulting Inc (RCI) in 2005 and, since that time, has led and contributed to over 300 diverse research, evaluation and other consultation projects across Turtle Island (North America).

With approximately 20 years of community-based research and evaluation experience, Kylee brings expertise in helping strengthen governance and operations structures and is an experienced editor. 

Kylee is passionate about advancing equity and justice for Indigenous peoples, and as a mother of four, has a particular interest in contributing to the holistic well-being of children, youth, families and communities through both personal and professional endeavours.

In addition to her role at RCI, Kylee is also the Secretary on the Board of the Spirit of Pacific Cultural Society, perpetuating, promoting and preserving the unique traditions and cultural heritage of the Hula and other Polynesian dances, both past and present.
