Percy Wei 

Percy is currently a Master of Public Administration student at the University of Victoria, where he also completed his undergraduate degree in Economics. His interests include social equity, housing policy, and understanding the lived experiences of seniors and other vulnerable groups.

Before joining Vantage Point, Percy worked as a research assistant supporting international economic and policy research and volunteered with a local non-profit organization supporting seniors in assisted housing.

Outside of work, Percy can be found on the badminton court, at local farmers’ markets, or in his kitchen cooking traditional Chinese dishes with guidance from his grandmother.
