This tool is designed to help non-profit boards address climate change by facilitating structured board discussions and reflections on climate-related risks and opportunities. It includes a series of thought-provoking questions for individual reflection and group discussions. Using the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework, boards can set clear goals and track progress in integrating climate considerations into their planning.

This practical guide includes a list of resources gathered in Sept 2024 of suggested solutions, implementation guides, and other tools for non-profits to access when looking for information on specific climate change related events/topics, including wildfires, extreme heat, floods, energy conservation, ecosystem and food system changes, and general climate action.
