Abundance is a culture of confidence and possibility infused with a belief that openness to new ideas and diverse resources will enable organizations to achieve transformational change.

Abundance is not a destination or a management philosophy but a reflection of what we do in our organizations, and how we do it. It shows up in the way we select priorities and goals, make decisions, engage our stakeholders, develop our teams, and together, work towards fulfilling our mission and vision.

Keys to Success & Where to Start

A consent agenda is a collection of items that are voted on as a package at the board meeting, without discussion. These items are distributed for reading in advance, while the board meeting is used for discussion of pertinent, strategic issues. The goal of a consent agenda is to avoid using board meetings as a forum to disseminate information, and to use board meetings for discussion and decision-making.
