This focused session, delivered in partnership with Project Management Volunteers (PMV), gives leaders the tools and framework needed to lead change confidently. In this workshop, you’ll explore the difference between change and transition, learn which approaches align best with your organization, and walk away with concrete steps to build your internal capacity for change.
